This command displays entries in the DNS cache.

Field
Description
No.
The entry number for each resource record.
Flag
The flag is always "4" indicating a cache entry and therefore unreliable.
Type
This field includes "Host" which specifies the primary name for the owner, and
"CNAME" which specifies multiple domain names (or aliases) which are
mapped to the same IP address as an existing entry.
IP Address
The IP address associated with this record.
TTL
The time to live reported by the name server.
Host
The host name associated with this record.
This command displays the static host name-to-address mapping table.

Example
Note that a host name will be displayed as an alias if it is mapped to the same
address(es) as a previously configured entry.
