III. USER OPERATION

This section presents an outline of the
scan operations and document jam clearing.
Refer to the "User Manual" of this ma-
chine for details. This machine includes 2
printed manuals; the "Easy Start Guide" and
the "Reference Guide." The CD-ROM disc
contains the data of the "User Manual" in
addition to these manuals.
The machine is installed by the service
technician.

1. Preparation of Trays

Before scanning documents, prepare for
the document feed tray and document eject
tray according to the documents.
