A report is a tab-delimited text file containing statistics and metrics
for a group of analysis results. There are two types of reports for
mapping analyses:
• Algorithm reports are automatically generated when you
perform a Mapping analysis.
• Array reports are generated for selected analysis results files.
The data displayed depends upon the assay type and the process used
to generate the report.
Algorithm reports automatically open when you perform a mapping
analysis using either the Batch Analysis window or the BRLMM Batch
Analysis window.
Array reports automatically open when they are first generated for
selected analysis results files (see
page 293).
To open a previously generated report:
Click the Open toolbar button
