Directory path and name for the DataType file.
Directory path and name for the GeneticMap file.
Directory path and name for the Pedigree file.
Select to write genotype information into separate files for
each chromosome. The chromosome-separate files have the
chromosome number concatenated to the file name (Merlin
format only).
GeneHunter open source software can only process ~40
SNPs at a time. The Chromosome SNPs are written to
multiple files containing the maximum number of SNPs
specified in the file.
The last SNPs of the previous file are written as the first
SNPs of the next file. The last SNP with Genetic distance
less than the specified values (in centiMorgans) are the first
SNPs in the next files.
