Mapping Analysis Window

This chapter describes the Mapping Analysis Window, which displays
results of sample analyses using the MPAM, DM, and BRLMM
mapping analysis tools. This chapter includes:

The mapping analysis window
based on the specific Affymetrix
are stored in CHP files. The GTYPE software analyzes this array data
by using one of the following tools:
• Modified Partitioning Around Medoids (MPAM) Mapping
Analysis Tool – with the Affymetrix GeneChip
Mapping 10K Array (see page 14)
• Dynamic Model (DM) Mapping Analysis Tool – with the
Affymetrix GeneChip
500K Array Set (see page 15)
• Bayesian Robust Linear Model with Mahalanobis Mapping
(BRLMM) Analysis Tool – with the Affymetrix GeneChip
Human Mapping 100K Array Set or the 500K Array Set
(see page 15)
