Using the Batch Analysis Window

The Batch Analysis window provides a convenient way to:
• See the cell intensity data selected for analysis
• See the analysis results files and the report that will be generated
Rename report
and analysis results files so that previously
generated reports or results are not overwritten (see
Save a list
of the selected cell intensity data files as a text file that
can be subsequently imported to the Batch analysis window and
analyzed (see
page 126)
The Batch Analysis window works with mapping arrays only.
You can analyze mapping data from different types of arrays at the
same time.
There are two mapping analysis windows, one for MPAM and DM and
one for BRLMM. Make sure that you have selected the correct batch
analysis icon in the Tools shortcut bar to open the analysis window (see
Figure
4.7).
