Relative Allele Signals (RAS)
For a selected SNP, the RAS Scatter Plot
• The medoids and call zone radii for the SNP model used to make
the allele call
• A plot of the sense and antisense Relative Allele Signals (RAS) for
each sample
AB Medoid
The RAS Scatter Plot plots the following:
• Sense strand RAS values on the X axis (RAS1)
• Antisense strand RAS values on the Y axis (RAS2)
For the selected SNP, the SNP's model medoid and call zone radius for
the three allele calls are displayed in different colors.
A plot of the sense and antisense strand RAS values for each sample is
also displayed in the Plot. If an allele call has been made for the
sample, the symbol for the sample is displayed in the appropriate allele
