Downloading NetAffx
USING THE NETAFFX
The default annotations will be displayed after downloading in the
Mapping Analysis window.
You can also:

You must download NetAffx
before displaying them in the Results table.
You have two options for downloading annotations:
• You can download annotations for the GeneChip data displayed in
the Results table using the

If you use this method, you cannot download specific annotations.
• You can download any available annotations using the
Annotation Download dialog box.

ANNOTATION DISPLAY DIALOG BOX
To download all annotations for the GeneChip data displayed in the
Result table:
Click the NetAffx button
