Click the Positions tab.

Choose a position option:

- Choose All Positions to highlight all positions of the selected
tile(s).
- Choose Position Number and enter the position number of
interest.
Choose a tile option:

- Choose All Tiles to highlight the selected position(s) in all
probe sets.
- Choose Tile Number and enter a number in the drop-down
list to highlight the selected position(s) in the selected tile.
There are different position and tile options for:
- Mapping Arrays
®
- GenFlex Tag Arrays
Click Apply to highlight the selection, or click OK to highlight

The selection is highlighted in the cell intensity image.
