The prefix and suffix are applied to all of the analysis results file
names when cell intensity data files are subsequently added to the
Batch Analysis window. Analysis results file names for cell intensity
data added to the Batch Analysis window before selecting a prefix
and/or suffix will not be renamed.
Click OK to close the Batch Analysis Options dialog box.
4.
Renaming Selected Analysis Results Files
Prior to the analysis, you can rename selected analysis results files in
the Batch Analysis window.
To add a prefix and/or suffix to selected analysis results file names:
Select the files that you want to rename in the Batch Analysis

Right-click the file names and select Set Prefix/Suffix from the

shortcut menu, or select Edit
