When you open a CHP file resulting from DM analysis, the mapping
analysis window displays a DM scatter plot
half of the window for the selected SNP. This is a plot of rank scores
for each sample.
Rank Scores
The DM (Dynamic Model) Scatter Plot
way to compare the confidence level of the SNP calls for different
samples.
It displays the rank scores for all calls in a triangular scatter plot, with
the AA, AB and BB calls at the vertices. The closer the rank score
point is to a vertex in the plot, the higher the confidence level for the
genotype call. Sample points that fall in the center of the plot are No
Calls.
