Mapping Arrays
In mapping arrays, the tile value is an identifier for the probe set. The
position value specifies a probe pair in the probe set.

GenFlex Tag Arrays
In GenFlex Tag arrays, the position value is the identifier for the probe
set.
In the cell intensity image, click a highlighted probe cell of

interest.
The red cross hairs are placed over the feature.
Right-click and select View Probe Cell Data from the shortcut

menu; or
Select View
The probe cell data is displayed
If you click another probe cell in the image, the Probe Cell Data
dialog box is automatically updated.
