To open analyzed sample data in the mapping analysis window,
perform one of the following actions:
• Drag and drop a CHP file from a previously run analysis; the
mapping analysis window opens automatically.
• Right-click the selectd CHP files and select Open in the shortcut
menu.

• Select File
Open, choose the CHP files you want to view, and
click OK; the mapping analysis window opens automatically.
• Use the VirtualSet tool to display multiple arrays, derived from
the same sample, as a virtual array set (see
