NetAffx Annotation Download dialog box
The NetAffx Annotations Download displays a list of the
annotations available, with three columns of data:
Category/ Lists the GeneChip probe array types with annotations available.
Download
Click the +/- button to display or conceal the available annotations
Selection
for a particular GeneChip array.
Select the checkbox at the left of the Annotation name to select the
annotation for downloading.
Select the checkbox to the left of the GeneChip probe array name
to select all the associated annotations for downloading.
Select the checkbox in the column header to select all available
annotations for downloading.
