RENAMING RESULTS
Click the Analyze toolbar button

Select Edit Start Analysis from the menu bar.
If you are going to overwrite previously generated analysis results
files, a warning box opens

- Click Yes to continue the analysis.
The appropriate analysis algorithm runs. When the analysis is
completed, the appropriate algorithm report is displayed.
For more information about the various algorithm reports, see
Chapter 10, Reports, on page
- To stop an analysis, click the Stop button.
The Stop button does not halt the currently ongoing analysis for an
array group; this analysis continues until completed. The Stop
button cancels an analysis that has not started.
If you want to analyze cell intensity data and do not want to overwrite
existing analysis results files, rename the analysis results files before
you start the analysis.
There are two ways to rename analysis results files:
• Specify a prefix and/or suffix that is automatically added to all
analysis results file names in the Batch Analysis window (see
below)
