To export SNP data in Tab-delimited format:

1. Select Tools SNP Export from the menu bar; or
Click the Export button in the Shortcut bar.
The SNP Export dialog box opens.

4. Select parameters for filtering SNPs
from the output (optional).
5. Enter names and directories for the
output files.
6. Click Export.
Files with SNP data are created and
placed in the specified directories.
