If you are going to overwrite a previously generated analysis results
file, a warning box opens

- Click Yes to continue the analysis.
If you don't want to overwrite previously generated analysis results
files or algorithm reports, click NO and use the Batch Analysis
window to perform the analysis (see

The appropriate algorithm runs.
When the analysis is finished, the analysis results are displayed
in the appropriate window for the assay type.
If the appropriate window is already open, the results are added to
the open window; it may be necessary to use the scrollbars to see
the newly added results.
For mapping analyses, an algorithm report is generated and can
be displayed in the Report window (see
page 291).
