Selecting a probe set highlights different features in the different
types of arrays:
- Mapping array: Displays the probe cells used to call a
particular SNP.
- GenFlex Tag array: Displays the probe cells used for a
selected tag.
In the Features tab, click the name of the probe set that you want

to highlight in the image and click Apply.
To select more than one probe set, press and hold the Ctrl key
while you click the names.
The selected probe set(s) is highlighted in the cell intensity image
(Figure 3.10).
To highlight a different probe set in the image, select another

name in the Features tab, and click Apply.
Click OK to close the View Probe Tiling dialog box.
