MPAM Algorithm
For the Affymetrix GeneChip
performed using the Modified Partitioning Around Medoids (MPAM)
modeling algorithm. GTYPE uses the resulting cell intensity data to
determine the genotype of the SNPs represented in the sample.
The analysis results can be displayed in the MPAM mapping analysis
