Overview

Probe Intensity Window

The Probe Intensity window displays cell intensity data for Mapping
arrays. You can use the Probe Intensity Window to evaluate the cell
intensity data for probe cells used to call a particular feature. This
chapter provides an overview of the window and describes the
window's:
• Intensity Plot (see page 268)
• Probe Intensity Table (see page 271)
