Use t his screen t o select t he RMirror VLAN and specify t he port ( s) t hat helps forward m irrored
t raffic t o ot her connect ed swit ches and/ or receive m irrored t raffic from ot her connect ed port in t he
sam e RMirror VLAN.
Click t he Conne ct e d Por t link in t he RM ir r or screen. The following screen opens.

DESCRIPTION
Select t he RMirror VLAN over which t he m irrored t raffic is forwarded.
Specify t he port t o which you copy t he t raffic in order t o exam ine it in m ore det ail
wit hout int erfering wit h t he t raffic flow on t he original port ( s) .
Select whet her t o add t he RMirror VLAN t ag t o m irrored t raffic on t he m onit or port .
Click Apply t o save your changes t o t he Swit ch's run- t im e m em ory. The Swit ch loses
t hese changes if it is t urned off or loses power, so use t he Sa ve link on t he t op
navigat ion panel t o save your changes t o t he nonvolat ile m em ory when you are done
configuring.
Click Ca n ce l t o begin configuring t his screen afresh.
This field displays t he I D num ber of RMirror VLAN over which t he m irrored t raffic is
forwarded.
This field displays t he num ber of port t hat receives t he m irrored t raffic from t he source
device for analysis.
This field displays whet her t he m irrored t raffic is t agged wit h t he RMirror VLAN I D.
Check t he rule( s) t hat you want t o rem ove in t he D e le t e colum n and t hen click t he
D e le t e but t on.
Click Ca n ce l t o begin configuring t his screen afresh.
