Act ive Select t his check box t o enable a port . The fact ory default for all port s is enabled. A port
m ust be enabled for dat a t ransm ission t o occur.
Nam e Type a descript ive nam e t hat ident ifies t his port . You can ent er up t o 64 alpha- num erical
charact ers.
Note: Due to space limitations, the port name may be truncated in some web configurator
screens.
Type This field displays 1 0 M / 1 0 0 M / 1 0 0 0 M for a 1000Base-T connect ion, 1 0 0 0 M for a
1000Base-X connect ion, and 1 0 G for a 10 Gigabit connect ion ( available only on t he Swit ch
t hat has a 10 Gigabit int erface) .
