cipher: Sets a ciphertext community name.
simple: Sets a plaintext community name.
community-name: Specifies the community name. This argument is case sensitive. If you specify the
simple keyword, the name must be a string of 1 to 32 characters. If you specify the cipher keyword, the
name must be a string of 33 to 73 characters.
