Setting the engine to ignition top dead center of the rear cylinder

Remaining engine screws

Plug in the connector of engine coolant temperature sensor

Plug in the connector of oil pressure sensor

Position the cable. Screw on the electrical connection on the starter motor. Mount
protective cover

Mount and tighten the screw of ground connection

Remaining chassis screws

Mount and tighten rear screw

Install the filter box bottom. (

Install the air filter. (
–
Install the fuel tank. (
–
Install the radiator. (
–
Take the rear from the work stand. (
–
Fill up with engine oil. (
–
Take a short test ride.
–
Read out the trouble code memory using the KTM diagnostics tool.
–
Check the engine for leakage.
–
Check the engine oil level. (
–
Check the cooling system for leaks.
–
Check the coolant level. (
Condition
The valve cover has been removed.
–
Remove screw
