Installing the filter box bottom

Remove screws

Remove screw

Loosen hose clamps

Loosen the spring-loaded band-type clamp
fuel hose.
Pliers for spring-loaded band-type clamp (60029057100) (
–
Pull up the throttle valve body and remove connector
–
Pull the throttle cables out of the filter box bottom with guide piece
–
Raise the throttle valve body at the front and fix it on the handlebar.

Remove rubber sleeves

Raise the filter box bottom and pull off drain hoses
–
Detach the connector of the intake air temperature sensor.

Remove snorkel seals
–
Raise the filter box bottom at the front and fix it on the handlebar.

Detach the filter box bottom from the handlebar. Mount drain hoses
connector of the intake air temperature sensor.
–
Position the filter box bottom.

Mount snorkel seals
