Progam 76-2 Overview

This program is used to assign each ACD group with an Alpha-Tag. As with Program 76-1,
each Alpha-Tag can be up to a maximum of 16 alpha/numeric characters in length. This
Alpha-Tag will be presented on the display of the Agent telephone when ringing with any
incoming (new or transferred) DDI line call.
Important! A space must not be used as one of the characters. Toshiba strongly recommend

a hyphen (-) is used in the place of a space.
