PROCEDURE
1. Tighten all bolts and nuts to the specified torques.

Transmission
1. Join the engine and transmission.
2. Install the transmission mounting bolts.
Caution
• Install the exhaust pipe bracket as shown.
3. Tighten the bolts.
Tightening torque:
64-89 N·m (6.5-9.1 m-kg, 47-66 ft-Ib)
Starter
1. Install the starter to the transmission housing.
Tightening torque:
37-52 N·m (3.8-5.3 m-kg, 27-38 ft-Ib)
2. Install the starter bracket bolt.
Tightening torque:
37-52 N·m (3.8-5.3 m-kg, 27-38 ft-Ib)
