Cylinder Head Cover
1. Apply silicone sealant to the shaded areas shown in the
figure.
2. Install the cylinder head cover.
Tightening torque:
4.9-8.8 N·m (50-90 em-kg, 43-78 in-Ib)
Crankshaft Pulley
Caution
• Make sure the timing belt inner guide plate is in-
stalled in the proper direction.
1. Install the
timin~
belt inner guide plate.
2. Install the timing belt outer guide plate.
3. Install the crankshaft pulley.
4. Install the plate.
5. Tighten the lock bolts with the SST.
Tightening torque:
12-17 N·m (1.25-1.75 m-kg, 109-152 in-Ib)
6. Remove the SST.
Water Pump Pulley
1. Install the water pump pulley.
Tightening torque:
7.8-11 N·m (80-110 em-kg, 69-95 in-Ib)
