The backlit graphics screen has a 320x240-pixel resolution.
The screen is divided into three panels (see Figure 6-1):
• Menu line
• Information field
• Softkey line
The menu line appears at the upper edge of the screen. A line separates it from
the information field.
The menu line only appears during menu operation. It shows the current menu
path and thus allows the operator to see where the system is in the menu tree.
Additionally it shows the name of the analyzer being processed.
In the measurement mode the information field shows the following information
for each sample component in the analyzer modules installed in the gas analyzer:
• Values in numeric form and as a bar graph
• The physical unit for the measured value
• The measurement component designation
• The measurement range lower and upper limit values on the bar graph
• The analyzer type
• The analyzer name
Values from up to six sample components can be displayed simultaneously.
It is user-configurable
• which measurement values are shown on the screen and
• at which positions on the screen the measurement values are displayed.
In addition, the user can configure display elements that allow to
• enter a value (pump output for example, see page 6-10) or
• actuate keys (for example to switch measuring components, see page 6-11).
For further information about the screen in the measurement mode refer to the
"Display" section (see page 7-D-1).
In menu mode the information field contains the menu or individual menu items or
parameters with the applicable values, as well as operator prompts.
The softkey line appears at the lower edge of the screen. Its gray background
distinguishes it from the information field.
The softkeys are further explained in the "Softkeys" section (see page 6-7).
