Gas Analyzer Shutdown and Packing
Step
Action
Temporary Shutdown:

Turn off the sample gas and, if applicable, reference gas supplies.

Purge the gas lines and analyzer module with dry fresh air or nitrogen
for at least 5 minutes.

Turn off the gas analyzer power supply.
Long-Term Shutdown:

Remove the gas lines from the analyzer module ports. Tightly seal the
gas ports.

Disconnect the electrical wiring from the electronic module and, if
applicable, the analyzer module connections.
