4.6.1.1 Blocking the Use of IM Applications (including
Messaging and File Transfer)
Step 1. Go to Policy Object > Application Blocking > Settings and then set
as shown below:
Specify a name in the Rule Name field.
Tick the boxes of the Select All next to the Instant Messenger
Login and File Transfer over IM.
Click OK.
