Attach an electrostatic discharge (ESD) grounding strap to your bare wrist, and connect

the strap to one of the ESD points on the chassis.
Remove and replace the offline SCB on the router with the SCBE. Use the replacement

procedure described in
Verify that the installation is successful and SCB0 is online by issuing the

command:
