6-24 CHASSIS
REMOVAL AND DISASSEMBLY
• Remove the front wheel. (
6-7)
• Remove the front forks. (
6-13)
• Remove the headlight.
• Disconnect all the lead wire couplers in the headlight housing.
• Remove the headlight housing bolts.
• Remove the brake hose joint mounting bolt.
• Remove the headlight housing.
• Remove the headlight housing brackets.
• Remove the speedometer.
