REMOVAL

• Raise the rear wheel off the ground and support the motor-
cycle with the center stand.
• Remove the rear wheel. (
• Remove the rear shock absorbers. (
• Remove the rear brake hose guide 1.
• Remove the touque link.
• Remove the rear brake hose union bolt at the rear brake cali-
per.
Completely wipe off any brake fluid adhering to any part
of motorcycle. The fluid reacts chemically with paint, plas-
tics, rubber materials and so on.
• Remove the pivot shaft cap.
• Remove the swingarm by removing the pivot shaft.
• Remove the chain case.
