3.14 Consumable order sheet

When the drum cartridge has reached its design life or the toner cartridge is empty, the machine prints or
transmits the consumable sheet.
Note: This feature's default setting is OFF (Do not print or transmit the consumable sheet).
To print out the consumable order sheet automatically, set the bit 1 of Unique switch 73 to "1" (see
page 3-90.)
To transmit the consumable order sheet automatically, set the bit 3 of Unique switch 72 to "1" (see
page 3-90.)
When both switches are set to "1", the machine transmits the sheet, and does not print it.

3.14.1 Set consumable order sheet

If using this feature, you should enter following items:
• Customer Support Center's fax number
• Customer Support Center's phone number
• How many pages can be printed after "Toner Low" message appears
• How many pages can be printed after "Drum Near End" message appears
• Distributor's name
• Customer's code
• Customer's name
• Customer's address
• Customer's phone number
• Machine's serial number
1. Clear the junk data, if necessary (see "3.14.3 Clear consumable order sheet," page 3-120).
2. Press MENU, *, 1, 5. Select "Set Order Form" using the cursor key.
3. Press ENTER.
4. Select desired item using the cursor key then press ENTER.
5. After registering, select "Exit" and then press ENTER to save the setting.
