If the remote fax machine disconnects the phone
line before the PC responds to the CI signal, the
fax regards that the PC is off and then it will receive
the next call.
In this case, increase the CI counter to be more
than the number of rings the PC receives.
Switch 3210
To reset this status, first initialise the PC's fax
software and then the fax machine (press MENU,
6, 1, 0, 2, ENTER; see operating instructions for
more detail).
Determines if the unit rejects fax reception or
receivies it while the PC scans or prints through the
RS-232C.
