If Station 109 is call forwarded to Station 121, and Station 121 is busy,
and a call is made to Station 109 which forwards to Station 121, a call
waiting tone is received. If Step Call is used, the call skips to Station
122, if available.
When using the Step Call feature, the system skips stations that
are busy.
