4.3.4 ADDITIONAL SC CODES PRINTED IN SMC REPORTS

These codes are also used in the SMC report.
Codes that have the same number in this series are identified by an additional 4-
digit hexadecimal number.

870 B Address book data error
The address book in the hard disk is
accessed.

NOTE: To recover from the error, do any of the following countermeasures:
Format the address book by using SP5-832-008 (all data in the address book–
including the user codes and counters–is initialized)
Initialize the user data by using SP5-832-006 and -007 (the user codes and
counters are recovered when the main switch is turned ON).
Replace the hard disk (the user codes and counters are recovered when the main
switch is turned ON).
920 D Printer error
The printer program cannot be
continued.
925 D Net file error
The management file for net files is
corrupted; net files are not normally
read.
Netfiles: Jobs to be printed from the
