appears:

Description
Tick the check box and use the drop-down menu to select the ACL forwarding
action.
Tick the check box and use the drop-down menu to select True or False. True
means that all packets will match the selected IP ACL and Rule, and will be either
permitted or denied. When True is selected, the option of configuring other match
criteria will not be offered since all packets match the rule. To configure specific
match criteria for the rule, select False to configure the other match criteria.
Tick the check box and use the drop-down menu to select a packet's IP protocol to
match condition for the selected IP ACL rule. When selecting Other, the Protocol
Value field appears. Enter a value in the field.
Tick the check box and enter an IP address and a packet's source IP address must
match the address entered.
Enter the source IP mask, when the Source IP Address check box is selected.
Tick the check box and use the drop-down menu to select L4 keyword of source
ports to match a packet's TCP/UDP source port. When selecting Other, the
Source Port Value field appears. Enter a value in the field.
Tick the check box and enter an IP address and a packet's destination IP address
must match the address entered.
Enter the destination IP mask, when the Destination IP Address check box is
selected.
Tick the check box and use the drop-down menu to select L4 keyword of
destination ports to match a packet's TCP/UDP destination port. When selecting
Other, Destination Port Value appears. Enter a value in the field.
Tick the check box and select one of the following three Match conditions for the
