XNRW(037) takes the logical exclusive NOR of data specified in I
outputs the result to R.
• The logical exclusive NOR is taken of corresponding bits in I
succession.
• When the content of corresponding bits of I
be output to the corresponding bit of R and when they are different, 1 will
be output to the corresponding bit in R.

word data and/or constants.
