Specify the Interrupt Input Unit's unit number.
0: Unit number 0 (interrupt tasks 100 to 115)
1: Unit number 1 (interrupt tasks 116 to 131)

Range: 0000 to FFFF hex
Bits 0 to 15 correspond to each interrupt task. The meaning of the
individual flags is as follows:
0: Interrupt enabled (unmasked).
1: Interrupt disabled (masked).
