TROUBLESHOOTING
IF THE FLASHER LIGHT, BRAKE LIGHT AND/OR INDICATOR LIGHT FAIL TO COME ON:
IF THE HORN FAILS TO SOUND:
Procedure
Check:
1.Fuses (main and signal)
2.Battery
3.Main switch
4.Wiring connections (the entire signal sys-
tem)
NOTE: - - - - - - - - - - - -
• Remove the following part(s) before trou-
bleshooting:
1)Seats
2)Side panel (left)
3)Fuel tank
4)Air
filter case
5)Front cowling assembly
• Use the following special tool(s) for trou-
bleshooting.

1.Fuses (main and signal)
• Remove the fuses.
• Connect the pocket tester
(Q
x 1) to the
fuses.
• Check the fuses for continuity.

2.Battery
• Check the battery condition.
Refer to "'BATTERY INSPECTION"
CHAPTER 3.
Open-circuit voltage:
12.8 V or more at 20
