WARNING
• Before installation, all internal brake com-
ponents,should be cleaned and lubricated
with new brake fluid only.

Recommended brake fluid:

DOT4
• Whenever a brake caliper is disassembled
replace the caliper piston seals.
Front brake
1.lnstall:
• Caliper piston seals

Always use new caliper piston seals.
2.lnstall:
• Brake caliper (temporarily)

• Brake hose

When installing the brake hose onto the
brake caliper
CD,
make sure that the brake
pipe touches the projection @ on the brake
caliper.

WARNING
Proper brake hose routing is essential to
insure safe motorcycle operation. Refer to
"CABLE ROUTING".
Always use new copper washers.

• Brake pads
(with the brake pad shims)
• Brake pad spring
