1.Disconnect:
• Oil level switch lead (j)
2.Remove:
• GPS (gear position sensor)
®
3.Remove:
• Oil level switch (j)
• Stays (bottom cowling)
®
• Oil pan@
NOTE: - - - - - - - - - - - -
Loosen each bolt 1/4 of a turn at a time, in a
crisscross pattern. After all of the bolts are
loosened, remove them.
• Oil pan gasket
• Dowel pins
4.Remove:
• Baffle plate (oil pan) (j)
5.Remove:
• Oil strainer assembly (j)
6.Remove:
• Oil delivery pipe #2 (j)
• O-rings
• Oil delivery pipe #1
®
• O-rings
• Relief valve @
(with the O-ring)
NOTE: - - - - - - - - - - - -
After removing oil delivery pipe #1 reinstall
the bolt@.
