FRONT AND REAR BRAKES

WARNING
All internal brake components should be
cleaned in new brake fluid only. Do not use
solvents as they will cause the seals to
swell and distort .
1.lnspect:
• Brake caliper piston
CD
Rust/scratches/wear ➔
Replace the brake
caliper assembly.
• Brake caliper cylinder®
Scratches/wear
➔
Replace the brake cali-
per assembly.
• Brake caliper body@
Cracks/damage
➔
Replace.
• Oil delivery passage (brake caliper body)
Blockage
➔
Blow out with compressed
air.

WARNING
Whenever the brake caliper is disassem-
bled replace the caliper piston seals .
