ASSEMBLY
Reverse the "DISASSEMBLY" procedure.
Note the following points .

• Before reassembling, wash all of the
parts in a clean petroleum based solvent.
• Always use a new gasket.
1.lnstall:
• 0-ring
• Washer
• Spring
• Pilot screw
2.lnstall:
• Throttle valve

• Jet needle holder@
•Spring®
• Vacuum chamber cover®
NOTE: _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
• Insert the spring end onto the spring
guide on the vacuum chamber cover.
• Match the tab on the diaphragm to the
recess in the carburetor body .
