CAMSHAFT CASE AND VALVES
1.Deburr:
• Valve stem end
Use an oil stone to smooth the stem end .
2.Apply:
• Molybdenum disulfide oil
(onto the valve stem G) and oil seal ®)
3.lnstall:
• Oil seal G)
•Valve®
• Spring seat @
• Valve spring @
• Valve spring retainer®
(into the cylinder head)
NOTE: _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
• Make sure that each valve is installed in
its original place, also referring ·to the
embossed mark as follows.
Intake (right/left): "3GM:" G)
Intake (middle): "3GM:"

Exhaust "4SV"

• Install the valve spring with the larger
pitch @ facing upwards.
