lcme_no
is the number of the first LCM (0 or 1) in the frame,
site
is the LCM location (alphanumeric) of the second LCME
frame_no
is the frame number (00 to 511) of the second LCME
lcme_no
is the number of the second LCM (0 or 1) in the frame,
