system.
To transfer the firmware image from the integrated photonic line card (IPLC) module to
a particular optical inline amplifier (ILA) and issue a firmware upgrade.
fpc-slot—Slot number of the FPC or PIC in which the IPLC module resides.
ila-number—The number assigned to the optical ILA.
