1. Park the machine on a level surface and set the parking brake. Stop the
engine, wait for all moving parts to stop and remove the key.
2. Using an appropriate lifting device, raise the front of the machine off the floor.
3. Remove the ¾ inch bolt and nut securing the wheel to the caster fork.
Remove the wheel from the machine.

4. Remove the center axle from the bushings.

5. Using a hammer and punch, remove the bushings from the wheel (2 bushings
and 1 axle per wheel).
6. Inspect bushings and axle, replace as necessary.
